Some would call her a mixed media artist as she has a love for repurposing and reusing that which may of otherwise perished. She explains, "I have always loved working with old found objects and have collected china every since I was a little girl, so when I started DinnerWear Jewelry, it was a natural fit. " Designs come out of her studio in Franklin, Massachusetts.

You can immortalize something of your families to pass down generation to generation!

The best part of this shop is the fact you can send in an old saucer, or plate and have her make a custom design for you.  This way, the plate is passed down in jewelry form. As china may often get broken, a necklace hand-me-down seems so much easier.

Also in this shop you will find lovely creations (non dinnerware) made from old cameos and the like, but our favorite is certainly the dinnerware, immortalized in time forever!  Of course we can't get enough of the china though.......

Etsy shop GoldDa specializes in vintage and upcycled jewelry. We just love thsi shop because not only do they have the best retro jewelry finds, but no piece goes wasted. Broken, unwanted or mis-matched jewelry end up upcycled into wearable creations and works of art!

Some upcycled items include coins collected from parts of the world.  This French coin necklace (above) dates to the 80's and has been upcycled into a wearable work of art!   In this shop you will find eclectic treasures, but everything from "dress it up" to "cute and whimsical."

Madame Collage Vintage Furniture and Decor : Living Vintage

Q: Tell us exactly what you do and how you are inspired.  

A:  I revamp old things!  Essentially I make decor and furniture items for the home. One of the lines of my store is French artistry meets Austin originality.  (Wabi-Sabi Creations. 50% Texas, 50% France, 100% original! )  Each handmade functional art piece is completely unique , and a  reflection of "perfectly imperfect" design.

Q:  What brought you to Etsy and what does it mean to you?

A:  To me, Etsy is the best support to promote handmade and artist made products. MadameCollage is all about originality. I glue everything I find, give a new life to boring objects, boxes etc... Each creation is handmade and totally unique. All types of papers are used.

Q: What else should people know about your products? 

A: These items are not mass-produced and show cute imperfections, They are unique and original.Our collages are realized using only the best quality media, always acid and lignin free (pictures, newspaper, book, scrapbook, washi tape...) Each piece is sealed and durable. Making new with old, making different...
